it's the time to love red... best if you wear red top, red pants or skirts and red shoes.. you'll be lucky for the whole year~~ as for me, i nearly puked shopping for red tops.. or just new clothes.. it was a torture for me this year.. couldn't find anything that suites my taste.. does that mean my fashion sense has gotten so bad or fixed at a particular fashion age? this is horrible..

apart from that, food was great.. ate all the expensive dishes.. received red packets from elders but the amount has shrunk considerably.. all the money would be gone if I buy a Levi's jeans.. used to be able to buy at least 4 pairs of jeans.. :P i'm just greedy..

festive seasons are the only times my family would gather with maternal and paternal families.. sad eh? we live on the same island, but we only meet up for occasions.. sometimes I wonder, how far does the word "family" goes?

i still love chinese new year.. there are sales everywhere.. :P and the good food.. and the good people..
