people always say "things change, don't worry about it" "go with the flow"...

But how many of us can really let things be and not be affected by it??

for me, it's really hard.. i dont' deal with changes well...i'll be worked up by it and have really negative thoughts...

the past weeks had been bad... a dark cloud has spread over me and my friends... i hope all ends well as chirstmas comes near...

look for the rainbow in the sky~~
